I’m Jody Allard, dog mom and content design leader. Most recently, I’ve been heading up content design as Thumbtack and shepherding the team through the transition from traditional UX content design to model design. Before that, I led a large combined UX and support content team at Square. Other notable work includes leading content teams at Meta, Pinterest, and Microsoft (twice!) and launching T-Mobile’s sales communication website.

In addition to my content design work, I also have a broad editorial background, which includes journalism, B2B marketing for tech clients and a SaaS startup, technical editing and social media. I believe in the power of information to change lives and create engaging, powerful experiences.
